Biographical SketchLaura Grazi received her BA in Social Sciences (Scienze Politiche) in 2000 at the University of Siena. Her major was Contemporary History. At the moment, she is a doctoral student at the PH. D. curriculum in History of Federalism and European Integration coordinated by the University of Pavia and linked to Siena, Turin, Florence and Gêne (dissertation supervisor Prof. Ariane Landuyt). Her Ph. D. studies are supported by a three year scholarship granted by the University of Siena. Her PH. D. dissertation is focused on the role of cities in the process of European integration from an historical point of view. Publications: “Commencer par une première pierre”.
