Biographical Sketch

Philipp Ischer, lic. phil., is a Ph.D. student at the Forschungsstelle für Sozial- und Wirtschaftsgeschichte at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He studied German Literature, General History and Philosophy at the Universities of Zurich and Berlin Humboldt. His Ph.D. analyzes the liberalisation and deregulation in the telecommunication sector of Switzerland.
